Order & Shipping

I) Via website

Firstly, you may go to "My Account" and register to be a member. Then, you could select your favorite coffee capsule and checkout. Finally, you could pay by credit card online, PayPal or bank transfer. Once we confirm the order, we will arrange the delivery in 1 week. To make the delivery smoothly, you may provide the detailed shipping information during member registration procedure.

II) Via whatsapp

You may make an order via Whatsapp! The Whatsapp no. is 852-54867788. You are required to send these information to us: i) Interested Item & Quantities, ii) Shipping Address, iii) Desired Payment Method (either online credit card, PayPal or bank transfer). Then we will reply you in 1 business day about the next step.

III) Via email

You may also make an order via Email! The order email is coffee@iwantit.com.hk. In the email, please mention the i) Item & Quantities, ii) Shipping Address, iii) Desired Payment Method (either online credit card, PayPal or bank transfer). Then we will reply you in 1 business day about your order request.

I) If you are in Hong Kong, we would deliver your items with Courier Service (SF Express or Ta-Q-Bin)

II) If you are from overseas, we would deliver your items with Hong Kong Post: www.hongkongpost.com.
* By Ordinary Post: Without any tracking no. and DO NOT gaurantee the parcel will be posted properly.
** By Registered Post: With tracking. no. and the delivery status could be checked online.
